Infiniti Introduces MapCare on all vehicles equipped with HDD Navigation System

Infiniti Middle East announced the introduction of its MapCare program for customers in the region.

Infrastructure in the Middle East is fast changing and consistent updating of navigation data can be an expensive process. Infiniti consistently strives to improve the customer ownership experience and this initiative delivers on this promise.

Under the program, all 2016 Infiniti vehicles that have the HDD navigation system will be included. Customers will be provided with three map updates (GCC only) for three consecutive years (from date of registration) at no additional charge.

"At Infiniti we not only sell premium vehicles, but pride ourselves in delivering an overall premium experience to our customers," said Juergen Schmitz, Managing Director, Infiniti Middle East. "With the roll-out of our MapCare program, we take yet another step in ensuring that our customers have an added value when they purchase an Infiniti vehicle."

Customers with Infiniti's prior to the 2016 model year will also be able to benefit from a special Retrofit MapCare whose vehicles are equipped with the same navigation system. They will have the option to subscribe to the same program with three updates (GCC only) over three years at a nominal one-off charge.

Customers are invited to visit their nearest Infiniti centre for additional details on the program.
