RYMCO brings home 15 international awards, making 2016 an exceptionally rewarding year

The past year has been exceptionally rewarding for Rasamny-Younis Motor Company (RYMCO), the exclusive dealer of NISSAN MOTORS, INFINITI, GMC, and other top car brands, at all levels. Both the sales and after sales teams achieved the highest ranks in various competitions, awards, and classifications, bringing home 15 international awards.

"It is with great honor and deepest pride that our performance and devotion are highly recognized at the global automotive forums; it takes professionalism, dedication, and ambition to fulfill these achievements," Said Mr. Fayez Rasamny, CEO of RYMCO.

Earlier this year, INFINITI Lebanon Sales Manager secured the highest-rank in the Challengers Club Achievement, an ambassador award for all three categories: Sales, Quality, and Training Management.
RYMCO also took over the Regional Sales Skills Competition at the INFINITI's Awards Night in Dubai. The team also placed second amongst the region's ten elite INFINITI Sales Ambassadors. RYMCO went on to clench the INFINITI Quality Excellence Program award for its achievements.

In addition, RYMCO dominated the NISSAN MOTORS' annual Regional Skills Contest, with the Best Performance Product Presentation and Best Performance Negotiation and Closing Awards, under the Sales Executive Excellence Competency Award (NISEC), as well as the Best Performance After Sales Phone Communication Skills Award at the Nissan Parts Executive Excellence Competency Award (NIPEC). RYMCO went on and clenched the 2016's Sales Star Award.

As for GMC, Rymco was named one of GM's 'Grandmasters' - a top honor given to dealers in the General Motors International region. The award recognizes RYMCO's superior sales and customer satisfaction levels.

On the other hand, the after sales team came in first in The Bodyshop Excellence Program by General Motors, for achieving the highest target for Q1 and growth in retail/spare parts and bodyshop, and the Level 1 Certification of The Customer Experience Excellence Standards and the Customer Service Quality Achievement Awards by INFINITI Middle East. Moreover, Nissan Middle East FZE ranked RYMCO's aftersales team first in the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award, recognizing the CSI overall satisfaction and index score. The team also won the Parts Performance Award and the Service Performance Award acknowledging the outstanding efforts by RYMCO team towards the achievement of the challenging parts department objectives.

RYMCO looks ahead a challenging year with renewed vigor as new milestones are within its reach.
