A ribbon cutting ceremony was held yesterday with the presence of local dignitaries, representatives of the Embassy of the United States of America, and Chairman of Abu Khader Automotive, Mr. George Abu Khader, President and Managing Director of General Motors Middle East and Africa, Mario A. Spangenberg and other members of the GM regional leadership team also attended.

The all-new Abu Khader-General Motors service center includes more than 50 technical bays that enable qualified technicians to carry out scheduled maintenance in only one hour, as well as other mechanical and electrical diagnosis and repair work, as well as paint and panel work. Their Amman based warehouse is stocked with over 16,000 types of spare parts, meaning that Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac and Opel owners can spend less time waiting for spare parts and more time on the road.
Customers will be able to wait for their vehicles in state of the art lounges equipped with the latest in comfort and technology.
The all new facility also includes a number of dedicated training rooms that provide the latest up to date training to the service and technical personnel, which allows them to maintain their proficiencies and expertise.
