In the GM 'Services & Parts Excellence Program', Liberty was awarded first place in the 'Service Manager - Core', 'Service Manager - Premium', and 'Parts Manager' categories. Two of the company's service advisors - Waleed Rouby and Ayman Mohammed - were awarded first and third place in the 'Service Advisor Skills Competition', while its Dubai and Abu Dhabi Service Centres were ranked as the region's second and third 'Best Cadillac Service Centres'. The awards commend the achievements made by Liberty's service department, after sales team, service managers and parts managers, who have fulfilled the company's customer-centric mission by securing the highest customer satisfaction scores in the Middle East.
The General Motors awards take place annually and Liberty has excelled year on year to become the region's top GM dealership. The latest awards join a roster of other prizes won by the company, including the GM Grandmasters Award for the ninth year running and the 'Best of Best' Retail Standards Award for the Middle East.
